Cancellation Policy

Payments for interview coaching will be requested one week in advance and must be paid within 48 hours or sessions will be cancelled and the appointment offered to someone on the waitlist.

Deposits for walking sessions will be requested two weeks in advance as usual, but will need to be paid within one week or sessions will again be cancelled and offered to someone on the waitlist.

Any cancellations made less that 72 hours before the session (interview or walk) will result in the loss of your deposit
